Becoming Whole, an Immersive Experience for Human Transformation
Saturday, 26 July & Sunday, 27 July 2025 | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Spier | Stellenbosch, Cape Town, South Africa
What does it feel like to embody the everlasting creation of nature?
What does it feel like when hummingbirds want to speak through you?
What does it feel like when waterfalls want to flow through your bloodstream?
When we truly remember who we are, we find that we are simply Nature’s attempt to express itself - uninhibited by human doubt, fear or shame. And right now we stand at the beginning of an ever-widening path. One that is beginning to pull us closer to the truth of our own nature and the authenticity of our own character.
"Radical Human Transformation has long been the pursuit of many individuals through history. It is now a necessity for all of humanity if we are going to change the current extinction trajectory. We have reached a level of stored trauma in the collective human genome that fertility and gender polarity is collapsing. Birth rates are now in catastrophic contraction on nearly every continent.
South Africa is the birth canal of the planet. Radical transformation and human rebirth must begin here. This event is the beginning. We will spend 8 hours together in an immersive experience of radical human completion for rebirth of all human realities to speed the emergence of the future that we all sense is approaching." - Zach Bush
Becoming Whole is a very special gathering at the beautiful Spier Wine Farm, guided by internationally acclaimed physician, visionary, and thought leader Zach Bush MD, alongside skilled transformational facilitators. Through visionary dialogue and somatic practices, such as Breathwork and guided meditation, we will participate in a powerful next step for the human family and honour the ongoing emergence of a new way of being, rooted in reverence for life, embodiment, and collective healing.
This is a space to gather, restore, and move forward together.
The time is now. The place is here. The work is ours.

More Information:
ZACH BUSH MD
Zach Bush MD is a physician specialising in internal medicine, endocrinology and hospice care. He is an internationally recognized educator and thought leader on the microbiome as it relates to health, disease, and food systems. Zach Bush, MD founded Seraphic Group and the non-profit Farmer’s Footprint to develop root-cause solutions for human and ecological health. His passion for education reaches across many disciplines, including topics such as the role of soil and water ecosystems in human genomics, immunity, and gut/brain health. His education has highlighted the need for a radical departure from chemical farming and pharmacy, and his ongoing efforts are providing a path for consumers, farmers, and mega-industries to work together for a healthy future for people and planet.
CUSTODIANS OF THE LAND
For over three centuries, Spier Wine Farm has been more than just a farm — it’s been a living, breathing testament to the power of community, regeneration, and shared growth. Established in 1692, it is one of South Africa’s oldest and most loved working wine farms, guided by a simple maxim: good wine from good people grown in good soil. “Our approach is simple: treat the land with respect, be fair to our partners, and give back more than we take. We're building a healthy ecosystem where people are respected and empowered, natural resources are protected, and our work helps grow resilient communities.”
Angus McIntosh is a regenerative farmer and passionate advocate for working in harmony with nature. Since 2008, he has farmed at Spier, raising free-roaming, ethically nurtured cattle, pigs, and hens using biodynamic and regenerative practices. Committed to restoring soil health, biodiversity, and ethical food systems, Angus believes farming should heal the land and nourish communities. His work aligns with the principles of ecological resilience and human well-being at the heart of this transformational gathering with Zach Bush on Spier's land.
The Enthoven family, who purchased Spier in 1993, continues to steer the ship with a steady hand and a clear vision. Their core values permeate every aspect of the business, from the commitment to regenerative practices to the dedication in creating shared value for everyone who interacts with Spier – be it on the farm, the winery, the hotel and restaurants. “Everything that we do begins with our promise to leave things better than we found them,” Mariota Enthoven, family owner.
Megan McCarthy tends Spier’s organic gardens with quiet wisdom and a deep commitment to regenerative farming. She believes in leaving land better than we found it, cultivating diverse crops, indigenous plants, and soil-restorative practices that honour the cycles of nature. “Soil carbon levels have been improved, leading to higher humic and fulvic acid levels,” she explains — creating abundant microbes, resilient plants, and thriving, balanced ecosystems. Flowering species, earthworms, and beneficial insects have returned, supporting natural pest control and restoring soil health. Megan’s work not only nourishes Spier’s kitchens but breathes life back into the land itself.
Dr Caren Hauptfleish is Spier's resident phytotherapist and will host a Fynbos Tea Immersion. Meet some of the Cape Fynbos herbs growing on Spier and learn medicinal qualities.
