You're cordially Invited to Group Conference 2025! 

The theme is “LISTEN”, and we’ve designed conference to be a space and a place designed to help us LISTEN, and to hear from heaven for the next season for each of our churches, and for our Group. There is a real prophetic anticipation around what will happen at conference – what God will say, and what God will do, as we LISTEN and prepare to step into our next season.

If you are a culture carrier, a key contributor to your local AOG Group church—whether as staff, a key volunteer, a board member, an elder, or someone who carries leadership responsibility and deeply loves the local church—then we would love you in the room for Group Conference 2025!

We are thrilled to welcome Shane Willard as our guest speaker this year! After serving in various pastoral roles, Shane now ministers full-time across America, Europe, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. Mentored by a pastor with rabbinical training, he brings a deep historical and biblical perspective to Scripture. With degrees in both clinical psychology and theology, Shane is known for his insightful, engaging, and humorous teaching style—you won’t want to miss this!

Conference Details:

1.     Venue: Urban Edge Church, Pinehurst, Durbanville, Cape Town

2.     Dates: 27-29 May 2025

3.     Start: Tuesday, 27 May at 17h00 (Check-in from 15h00)

4.     End: Thursday, 29 May at 13h00

5.     Important Information:

• Limited Space – Please do register early!
• Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and space is limited. We encourage you to secure your spot as soon as possible.
• Who Should Attend? We encourage you to extend this invitation to staff, key volunteers, board members, elders, and others who carry the heart and culture of your church. If you’re inviting non-staff attendees, you may wish to request that they cover their own expenses or contribute toward costs—an approach that has worked well in many churches.

6.     Registration Fees & Discounts: 

• Registration fees are R950 per delegate.
• Group Discounts: Register 10+ delegates at once ? 10% discount; Register 15+ delegates at once ? 20% discount.
• Childcare Support: We want our pastors and leaders who are also parents to be fully present at the conference. While we encourage you to make your own childcare arrangements where possible, we will provide childcare for those who have no other options. If you require this service, please email Sarah at [email protected] by 1 May 2025.

7.     Registration Process:

• All registrations will be handled via Quicket and will close on Monday, 5 May 2025.
• Important Note: When entering delegate contact details on Quicket, please ensure each person’s personal phone number is entered correctly. To receive important conference updates, phone numbers must be formatted correctly—replace the first “0” with +27.
