RowSA Masters Camp 2025

Join us for the RowSA Masters Camp 2025, an exciting weekend of rowing at Roodeplaat Dam in Tshwane on 28-30 March 2025. This camp is open to all ages and athletes, with a strong focus on adult and master rowers. Whether you’re an experienced rower or looking to refine your technique, this is your chance to train with top coaches, improve your skills, and connect with the rowing community.

What to Expect

• On-Water Training Sessions – Develop technique, power, and efficiency under expert guidance.
• 2000m Time Trials – Test your speed and measure your progress.
• Boat Clinic – Learn about rigging and receive assistance from experienced coaches.
• Erg Training Sessions – Improve your indoor rowing form and endurance.

Pricing & Tickets

R850 General Ticket (Full camp, Friday 3 PM – Sunday 10 AM). Includes all sessions, breakfast, and two-night dorm accommodation.

R450 Saturday Day Pass (Saturday only, no overnight stay)

Upgrade to Canoe Club: R350 per person per night (shared accommodation).

All minors must be accompanied by an adult or have a signed guardianship form submitted.
