FIRST COURSE | Fresh west-coast oysters with pomegranate and pink peppercorn mignonette

SECOND COURSE | Yellowfin tuna tataki with a lemongrass and ginger infused coconut sauce, fresh mango, avocado and radish, coriander oil and rice paper crisp

THIRD COURSE | Beef fillet with a toasted black pepper crust, slow-roasted garlic mash, mushrooms and red wine jus

DESSERT | Dark chocolate swirl meringue with white chocolate yoghurt and strawberries
