Winter is a time to slow down and reflect.
Take time out to recharge and unwind and join us for a winter wellness weekend on the magical Stellenhof farm. This one of a kind oasis borders the Addo Elephant National Park and offers comfortable accommodation in its tranquil gardens. (http://stellenhof.com/)
Although the weekend is focused on growth, reflection and yoga, your participation in these sessions is completely voluntary. Thus, you get to take a timeout and explore the surrounds and step back into the peaceful reflective space as you see fit. This weekend is all about allowing yourself room to breathe.
Rates: R2800 per person sharing or R3100 per person single. Accommodation in either our earthbag domes or our historic Cape Dutch guest house, all meals (vegetarian), sunrise and sunset yoga, as well as meditations is included.
Game drives and farm tours are available at an additional cost and can be arranged directly with the guest house. Alternatively you could use the opportunity too explore the nearby beautiful Zuurberg mountain trails.
