Bring a picnic, your own drinks and dress folksy!
If the weather turns cold or rainy, we can move inside, or you can sit with your picnic on The School's large wrap-around stoep (veranda) and the open plan dining / lounge area to listen to Tom playing. Luckily, the venue lends itself to wonderfully creative ways of arranging comfortable seating for everyone. Remember your picnic!
ABOUT THE MUSICIAN
Tom Nuth is a multi-instrumentalist musician from the UK, specialising in mandolin, guitar, banjo & kora. As part of folk duos over the past ten years, he has composed instrumental and folk music, and has performed at festivals across the UK and, including Denmark, Sweden, Ireland.
He is also part of the Three Frontiers trio (showed in the banner above), who've played live at multiple events. When playing solo, he loves creating layered landscapes of music with a loop station.
He returns to South Africa for his second visit, with new inspirations and music, and is excited to share the music of his ancestors in this beautiful land again.
