Here’s what you’ll experience:


? Master Laminated Dough: Create your very own croissant dough from scratch, learning the techniques of lamination for perfectly flaky layers. You’ll take your dough home frozen, ready to be baked fresh at your convenience.

? Hands-On Baking: Work with a pre-prepared batch made by Chef Serena to see all the steps in action. You’ll cut, roll, proof, and bake your croissants, leaving with a box of warm, golden treats to share (or not!).

? Paris Meets Cape Town: Learn how Chef Serena adapted the finest Parisian recipes to South African ingredients, bringing a taste of Paris to your kitchen.
