UNHINGED is kicking off 2025 with a brand new event in collaboration with IRL!

The Friend Zone is the ultimate matchmaking experience where friends take centre stage! In this exciting spin-off event hosted by Daniele du Plessis, singles step into the spotlight—not to pitch themselves, but to be pitched by their besties. Watch as people make the case for why their single friend is the next big catch, all while the audience of fellow singles decides who’s got the best pitch.

IRL encourages people to meet, mingle and connect offline to build lasting connections or even new friendships! Before and after the show, there will be an opportunity to mingle with other singles or to make new friends using conversation cards.

Enter the Friendzone! In 2025 dating is a team sport!

The friend zone is a singles event but if you like to watch, spectators are welcome ;)

Though limited in size, we have all the usual favourites, plus a selection of special cocktails crafted just for the summer season.
