Three trips out to sea, where we get to go into the water and watch these beautiful animals as they swim, glide and play. A deeply healing and peaceful experience

Mornings are spent either enjoying a beautiful Vinyasa yoga flow to get the day started or in the water, experiencing the serenity and peaceful playfulness of the two wild dolphin pods that swim in the bay.

We can really learn a lot from dolphins, their fluid nature and their ability to just let go and have fun.
