ABOUT

Our beginner pole dance course is aimed at those who woule like to start pole dancing, but etither want a head start before jumping into group classes; prefer to train alone; or do not have a studio nearby.
 
We offer continued support, so you are always free to contact us if you have any questions, or would like to take further training as you progress.
 
Each student recieves a beginner pole manual which we will take you through step-by-step first, then we will move onto practical - so youll need to prepare yourself for the training pain! :)
 
By the end of the course, you will know:
What to expect;
Safe Training;
Warm ups & cool downs;
Correct Technique;
Combinations;
Transitions
Our beginner 1 pole dance syllabus (including climbs and inverts)
Routine choreography to put all your moves together.
 
Each participant will recieve a certificate of participation for the course.
 
Shoud you sign up as a member on the day, you will receive 1 month free training *

To bring:
-healthly snacks to leep your energy levels up
-water
-hand towel
-shorts (the shorter the better)
-sleeveless vest
-Notepad
-pen
-highlighters
 
NB: NO HAND OR BODY LOTION ON THE DAY PLEASE! :)
