In this powerhouse workshop you will learn how to reduce overwhelm, learn how to manage stress and anxiety and increase nervous system resilience. You will learn how to use your breathe to transform your life and connect to your most authentic self.
Included in this in-depth workshop is a Cocao Ceremony lead by Mishkah Gool, NLP Practitioner and Life Coach and also a small meal made by LoveKosMos.
