We are excited to announce that Dr Dirk Jongkind from Tyndale House, Cambridge University will be in Cape Town this month. Dirk is a world renowned expert in New Testament manuscripts. He prepared a complete up-to-date Greek New Testament published jointly by Cambridge University and Crossway.
His current book venture is a treatment of every New Testament manuscript variant with explanations of why certain choices are made by translators.
He brings a wealth of knowledge to discussions around the reliability of the New Testament text and his students at Cambridge (and others further afield) are inspired and strengthened by the combination of world class scholarship and a confident faith in the truth of God’s word.
