Comedian Joe Emilio is using his comedy skills for good, by helping Dodgeball SA raise funds to send the first ever Official South African Dodgeball Team to Egypt for the African Cup of Nations Dodgeball Championships this August!That's right, all the funds raised will go towards the flight tickets to send the Team to Egypt.
Dodgeball SA and Hashtag ThatsFunny are very excited to bring you another night of fun filled laughter in Joe Emilio's One-man Stand-up comedy show: "Joe Ma Se BBQ"

In Joe's one-man show he talks about his experience here in South Africa coming from Texas, USA. Taking every day scenarios and situaitions, we as South Africans are so used to, Joe manages to flip things around and allow for South Africans to see how confusing our country can be for forigners. Joe in no way makes fun of South Africans but rather pokes a bit of fun at himself and how he experienced the South African Culture.
"Awe", "TV lisense", "Robots" are just some of the topics Joe mentions, as well as traveling in SA and of course being at a Braai.
He asks himself "Am I truly South African now?, What does it take to be South African?" and so the journey begins.
