If you’re single but still wanting to celebrate love month, this session is for YOU. We will connect more deeply with our inner selves in order to explore connection with those around us. As always, there will be lots of play. Additional silly games promised!
New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before.... You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play! We combine elements of meditation and dance. All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

For the past 4 years this inspired organisation has taken the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
