Join the Waiting List for 2025

  1. Pay ZAR 150 to join the waiting list for 2025 – your waiting list fee is donated to Vulpro, our partner charity.
  2. Should you not secure an entry for 2025, you will be guaranteed early access to our Ember Entries phase for 2026.
  3. If you are selected from the waiting list for an invitation, you have 72 hours to confirm your entry and complete the substitution with the rider dropping out.
  4. Should you not accept your invite within this time, the entry will be offered to the next person on the waiting list AND you will forfeit your early access to our Ember Entry phase for 2026.
  5. Riders who decline invites sent after 1 August will not forfeit guaranteed early access to our 2026 Ember Entries phase.
