South Africa’s folk music tradition is set to shine in an intimate setting as two of its most evocative voices, Wren Hinds and Bill Knight, unite for a one-off house concert at a secret location in Misty Cliffs on Dec 12.

Hinds, whose July 2023 release *Don't Die in the Bundu* drew critical acclaim for its hushed beauty and poetic lyricism, will bring his introspective songs to life with the raw sincerity that has captivated audiences from London to his home country’s most storied stages.

Sharing the evening is the enigmatic Bill Knight, a masterful songwriter whose music is rich with the textures of Cape history, folklore, and a poetic reverence for the land. Knight’s work is a vital thread in the fabric of South African folk, offering stories that resonate deeply with listeners both near and far.

This rare collaboration promises an evening of storytelling and songcraft in its purest form, performed against the dramatic backdrop of Misty Cliffs.

Directions: The house number can't be seen from the Main Road and shares a driveway with multiple homes. Comming from Kommetjie - once you are in Misty Cliffs, you will turn right down the driveway at the "Villa Misty Cliffs" sign board towards the beach. Drive to the end of that driveway until you reach a wooden gate with the number 17.
