Jo-Ann is truly an inspirational woman who systematically navigated her way up the corporate ladder having began her career at McDonald's as a Trainee Manager in 1995. Today she is responsible for franchising restaurants, building relationships between Owner Operators and the company. She looks after customer care, supply chain, company owned restaurants, the Operations Excellence Department, National Training and the Restaurant Solutions Group (RSG) for the company.
