Take your self-defense skills to the next level with our Strategy Course, designed to build on the foundational techniques learned in the Essentials Course. This program focuses on advanced ground techniques, situational adaptability, and strategic thinking to equip you with the tools to handle complex scenarios confidently and effectively.

Please note: Completion of the Damsels in Defense Essentials Course is a prerequisite for this program.

Through a combination of martial arts, self-defense strategies, and mental resilience training, this course will enhance your ability to assess threats, defend yourself, and maintain control in high-pressure situations.

 Course Details:

- Duration: 4 weeks (Every Saturday from 08 March 2025 to 29 March 2025)  

- Time: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM  

- Location: Haval, Menlyn, 186 Corobay Avenue & Garstfontein Road, Waterkloof Glen, Pretoria  

- Cost: R1950 (Includes four 3-hour sessions, totaling 12 hours of expert instruction)  

This 12-hour course is structured to gradually introduce more complex techniques, giving you time to master each skill and integrate it with confidence.

- Advanced escapes from ground positions (guard, mount, and side control)  

- Strategic movement and transitions between stand-up and ground defense  

- Effective counter-strikes and blocks for dynamic situations
