Liqueur on Ice

Liqueur On Ice is a unique tasting experience. It combines the art of pastry and dessert making with alcohol brands, and on this edition we get to explore the botanical, crips flavours of Ginologist. As a pastry chef with a true passion for ice creams, sorbets and desserts, I have managed to merge together my passion in a way that celebrates the brand Ginologist which will be showcased with an array of sorbets, ice creams and pallet cleansers that are thoughtfully curated to compliment and enhance the brand, creating a unique tasting experience and spotlight for the brand and also a moment to showcase skill and talent.

Set up on a long table. It brings and creates the sense of togetherness, comfort, safety and a new family. This is an intentional intimate event as the key focus is to make sure each individual has a good and beautiful experience to take home.
