It's time for a little FUNKY FIESTA - one hour of pure joy.

at CRAGS County Lodge - be sure to book in advance as there's only 40 tickets available (and no children - - for over 14 years only) for this one!

New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before....

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by fun and professional facilitators to support you to connect, move and play!

We combine elements of movement, play, meditation and dance - all through headphones.

All bodies / genders / fitness levels are welcome.
