Welcome to Monte Vista Bootcamp
We are a group of coaches who strive to help the community of Monte Vista to get into the best shape of their lives, for life!
How do we do this?
Fun Functional Exercises
We believe that when you have fun, you see results. We make sure that our exercises are never the same from one week to another.
We do all types of exercises and every session targets something specific. We have 4 Week Fitness Challenges which will be your perfect spot to start and see what you are made of.
We focus a lot on what happens when you go home, education is KEY! This where the real work happens; in the kitchen. As a participant of our boot camp challenge you receive a wellness assessment to assess what you are eating to supplement your health goals, free meal plans, access to our 5, 21 & 90 Day Eat Clean Challenges & constant support & guidance from your personal health & boot camp coach.
We are not just a boot camp, we are a way of living; at your own pace, supporting your own journey whilst working towards your level10! The best version of your mind & body.
FEE:
** Existing Boot Campers - R25 per session or R200 for 4 weeks of 2 sessions per week workouts
** NEW boot campers R300, incl 5 day online eat challenge pack to kickstart healthy habits, internal metric assessment, complimentary assessment and an assigned accountability partner to guide you on your journey for your first month.

The fees include two exercise sessions a week in the evenings.
WHAT TO BRING?
Exercise mat or big towel, a sweat towel & water bottle

We are situated at the Grace Presbyterian Church in Monte Vista. Corner of Barrow & Camoens Avenue
