Kunskoors - Recorder quartet: Four & More

Four & More is 'n lewendige blokfluitkwartet wat al amper vier jaar saamspeel. Die groep bestaan uit plaaslike onderwyseresse van skole in Gqeberha: Lynnee Gouws (Pearson), Lara Potgieter (Collegiate), Elanie McLachlan (Priory) en Dr. Erna Cloete (lektrise in Houtblaas, NMU). Biede Elanie en Lynne het meestersgrade in uitvering in blokfluit en Lara soortgelyk in klavier. Hulle neem gereeld deel aan konserte in en om Port Elizabeth en Jeffreysbaai, soos die musieksoirees aangebied deur Prof Albert Troskie en Dr. Erika Bothma-Troskie, Kerskonserte in die Veremarksaal asook NMU konserte. Four & More is a vibrant recorder quartet that has been performing together for almost four years. The ensemble comprises of local teachers from schools in Gqebergha: Lynne Gouws ( Pearson), Lare Potgieter (Collegiate), Elaine mcLachlan (Priory) and Dr. Erna Cloete ( lecturer in Woodwind, NMU). Both Elaine and Lynne have Masters degrees in performance in recorder and Lara similarly in piano. They regularly participate in concerts in and around Gqeberha and Lara similarly in piano. They regularly participate in concerts in and around Gqeberha an Jefreys Bay, such as the music soirees presented by Prof Albert Troskie and Dr. Erika Bothma-Troskie, Chrismas concerts in the Feathermarket Hall and NMU concerts.
