Family hike - Elephant's Eye, Silvermine

Join qualified nature guide, Wilderness First Responder and Waldorf Teacher Matthew Dowling for a guided family-friendly hike from Silvermine Dam to Elephant's Eye and back. Along the way we'll learn about the history of the area as well as the flora and fauna alone the trail. At the cave, we'll take a break and hear a local legend about how the cave got its name. Upon returning to the dam, we'll have a picnic lunch and swim in the shallows.
