Lesedi La Mpho

Mpho, a young, pregnant woman, is abducted by human traffickers, only to discover that the mastermind behind the operation is her trusted gynaecologist, Dr. Dumisani. Taken to an abandoned warehouse, Mpho is held captive with other women who have suffered the same fate. The traffickers intend to sell both the women and their unborn children to the highest bidder. As Mpho struggles to survive in this brutal and dehumanising environment, she learns the horrifying truth about the trafficking ring's operations. Desperate to save herself and her unborn baby, Mpho attempts to resist her captors, but her every move is met with cruelty and control. In a moment of defiance, she steals a client’s phone and risks everything to call for help. Her act of rebellion triggers a life-threatening confrontation, forcing Mpho to confront the true horror of her situation and make impossible choices to protect her child.
