Katlego is a young man who aspires to become a pilot is suffering from imposter syndrome and that is affecting the way he sees himself in the mirror. He thinks that he is not fit enough to be on the South African Air-defence Force pilot. He ends up over-exercising then later on finds courage to face the mirror only to find out that all of these things has just been happening in his head.
