Minimum Shareholding Requirement: Shareholders must hold a minimum of one Roshgold/Roshsun/Roshmetals share at the time of booking to be eligible to attend the AGM.

Please note:

• Bookings should be made STRICTLY ONLINE, NO TELEPHONIC BOOKINGS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
• Limited seats!
• Bookings close on November 14 2024, or when all seats are registered for and venue capacity is taken-up.
• First-come, first-serve basis.
• Shareholders not booked by 14 Nov 2024 will be placed on a waiting list.
