4. Event Cancellation: If Good Times Fest is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen emergencies), we will make every effort to reschedule the event. Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may sell your ticket to another person.
