Folk & Griot Festival : Bafo Tribute Dinner

Kwantu Village hosts the Folk & Griot Festival (FAGF) - A Music, Art and Lifestyle experience on Saturday, the 27th of December 2025; 14h00 - 23h00, Utrecht (oPhangweni), KwaZulu.

The 7th edition of FAGF honours the amazing life of Dr Madala Kunene with a Tribute Dinner and live music by dj Kenzhero, NTU GRIOTS, dj Bob, uShikishi, Mxolisi Makhubo and Shwabada naba Dala.

Partake in and immerse yourself in our pop-up Lifestyle Experience; a 2-course Tribute Dinner, Music, Photobooths by Vuyo and a vibrant social market curated by Lady Day Food and dj Bob Records.

Explore our curated Art Exhibition, featuring sculptures and a documentary screening by both resident and guest artists.
