THE PRESENTERS

Briony Bosse: Founder and owner of a boutique operations consulting firm, Briony brings over 30 years of executive business leadership, and two decades of academic application of strategic planning to this impactful event. Her current work includes consulting on Business & Brand Management, Head Lecturer of Brand at IMM, Keynote Speaker, Facilitator & Business Performance Coaching. Briony holds a BA Honours Degree in Strategic Brand & Business Leadership (Cum Laude) and is currently doing a business related Master’s Degree. Having gained extensive experience working with corporates, SMME’s and government parastatals within and outside of SA, Briony is equipped with extensive expertise on the subject, and her signature bold, yet deeply caring style of training, Briony is highly skilled to lead participants through this valuable, interactive workshop.

Lin Kayton: A successful entrepreneur in her own rights, Lin combines her experience in the entrepreneurial trenches with her passion for the science of business, to support SME founders in their quest for navigating new territory. Her mission is to help overwhelmed leaders get unstuck, tool up, and make progress. An ICF certified SME Growth Facilitator, Lin guides her clients through effective change, with application of proven, structured methodologies. An enthusiastic advocate for active progress, she supports founders with adopting world class, best practice for small business.
