Canapes – Kadette Pinotage Rosé

Shaved black forest ham, caramelised apple, rye crostini

Poached crayfish, curried remoulade sauce, lump fish caviar, crostini

Grilled nectarine, bocconcini, toasted almond crumble


Course 1 – Pinotage 2021

Pan fried kingklip, west coast mussel beignet, tarragon and Pinotage emulsion, fresh tarragon


Course 2 – Cab Sav 2019

Pan fried veal, smoked cauliflower puree, poached prunes, toasted pine nuts, veal jus, spiced rooibos foam


Course 3 – Paul Sauer 2021

Slow roast lamb rump, lamb cutlet, courgette rosti, confit heirloom tomatoes, sauce espagnole


Course 4 – Kadette Pinotage 2022

Twice baked cheese soufflé, Pinotage vin cotto with black cherries, toasted pistachio, crisp candied pancetta, Pinotage sabayon
