If you are ready to start your business, but aren’t sure where to start or have a business and are feeling overwhelmed by all the decisons, then this is perfect for you. Mindfulness at work contributes to both well-being and perfomance. Join us at Community Centre Co-working Space for a brilliant workshop as Angela Hardy teaches business owners the concept of our thought created reality, which is the understanding on which mindfulness is based. The result is that entrepreneurs get to be more productive, less stressed, take things less personally, and have a greater confidence and better, smoother relationships with co-workers and clients. She assists her clients from feeling "not good enough" to gaining self-esteem, self-confidence, self-acceptance and self-love, which opens up a beautiful freedom and joy into their lives.

Angela's Bio
She has a B.Com, an Advanced Diploma in Kinesiology, and NLP Certified Practitioner, N.O.T Practitioner, Three principles trainer, Blah blah blah. You get the picture, she is a bit of a knowledge slut, but, since the only thing her clients care about is results, she rarely bothers to tells anyone. In truth, she learned much of what works with from the school of - "how do I solve this problem in myself" where she spent 25years on her own stuff, and now helps her clients to do the same in about 1/100th of the time.
