Many of us yearn for something deeper, and yet we are often at a loss as to how to revitalise the passion and intimate connection both within ourselves and within our partnerships.
 
Tantra is the essential art of embodying the refined essence of Self. As a culture, we have lost touch with the nourishing intimacy that this sensual art offers. The idea of what sex should look like as portrayed by the mainstream industry, often leaves us plagued with feelings of guilt, shame and inadequacies. These can cause us to withdraw, leaving us feeling unloved and disconnected from ourselves and our partners’.
 
True intimacy forms the foundation of Knowing ourselves fully where we stand in our True most natural expression as an energetic being having a human experience. The depth of this connection that can be experienced within Self or lovership is utterly life changing once we apply conscious attention to nurturing the seed of Love within.
 
A weekend workshop in the art of sensory exploration and introduction to tantric massage - an ecstatic meditation in both the giving and receiving. Shirene and Kim will guide you into bringing depth and presence to the quality of your touch and deepening your awareness of sensory experience, through a series of interactive games and discussions. Opening to the breath, tantric meditations, and using conscious touch (non-sexual intimate touch) to connect deeply to the flow within your body, this work is an integration of high-sensitivity tantric techniques and high-intensity taoist techniques.
 
Couples and singles of all orientations are invited to learn and incorporate these powerful conscious tools into their personal journey of intimate exploration with Self and Other. No previous experience required. This weekend will include partial nudity whilst respecting individual boundaries.

Shirene runs a thriving practice from her home in Claremont, specialising in Tantric body work, sex & relationship counselling, intimacy and conscious sexuality coaching. She offers private sessions for singles and couples of all orientations and periodically hosts workshops in CT and JHB.
 
Kim offers private sessions working with the fine art of melting boundaries that limit us, with a focus on integrating all aspects into the full expression of who we are.
