Join ADRENALINE ADVENTURES for a 10km trot through the beautiful Groot Constantia vineyards.

COST: R150
With every entry, runners will receive a Groot Constantia wine tasting voucher valued at R50 and medals to the first 120 finishers. Runners will be treated to a coffee on registration as well as a rusk and fruit before hitting the trails. All participants are required to register prior to race day on Quicket and issue their Quicket barcode at registration. Please note that there will be NO ""on-the-day"" registrations. Book today!! Last day to register will be Thursday 6 April 2017.
NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED at the event, at the venue or to run with
Simon's Restaurant and Deli will be open from 09:00am, so be sure to stay after the run for a bite to eat or to hang out with some fellow runners and friends.
