The format
Up to 4 Speakers are given 7 minutes each to talk about 1 Business failure and the learning from that. Once the speakers are done, we open up the stage to the audience so they can ask these Entrepreneurs anything they'd like. Once Q&A is done and dusted, get yourself a drink & a bite to eat and get down to some quality networking! 

Background
Fuckup Nights is a global movement born in Mexico in 2012 to share business failure stories. Hundreds of people attend each event to hear three to four entrepreneurs share their failures. Learning from failing - this is what FuckUpNights is all about. 

Fuckup Nights happens in 200 Cities, worldwide EVER Month and you can be part of the Cape Town chapter!

Dayo is CEO and Founder of Sponge Africa, a mobile first full service digital marketing agency. Dayo moved to Lagos, in 2008, after working for several years in the digital marketing space in the UK (delivering campaigns for the likes of Heineken, British Airways, Ericsson Enterprise, and News International).

Stuart Shapiro
Stuart Shapiro is the founder of BrandRocket (Pty) Ltd, a marketing firm using social media printing within the event, retail and brand activation space. Before devoting his full-time to BrandRocket, Stuart worked in Scotland in 3d animation, was a renowned photographer and a partner of a startup, The Imagineers. Stuart has a background in engineering, 3d animation, photography and a lifelong interest in tech.  Stuart is a workaholic, and he loves it.
