ON SATURDAY 14 SEPTEMBER the First fairway of Dainfern Golf Estate will be transformed into a classy, stylish open-air dining experience where guests will welcome spring - in their finest white attire.
In proud partnership with Windhoek, Inverroche Gin, BMW Fourways, Century 21 Fourways and Fidelity Security, Dainfern Diner en Blanc ('Dinner in White') promises to be a memorable evening with high-end live entertainment and irresistible cuisine, under the stars.
This event promises a unique and memorable experience where guests can connect with a sense of community and create lasting memories in a sophisticated setting.

Starters
- Asian Duck Breast salad with Five spice seared Duck breast petals, Scallion and Water chestnut crema, Asian Bok choy, Apple and Pomegranate slaw and fresh coriander oil
- Vegetarian - Forest Mushroom Floor of Sautéed wild mushrooms infused with thyme, Truffle Panacotta, Radish, Sweet pea shoots and Roast garlic and Carrot Puree, accompanied by a Mushroom, rosemary and ricotta phyllo parcel
Mains (patrons choose one of two options. Alternatively, select the vegetarian option)
- Stuffed Beef fillet of Mozzarella and Roast pepper duxelle with a Mustard and thyme sauce with Potato Rostis, herb seasoning and Roast Vegetable Phyllo Parcels
- Grilled Norwegian Salmon Dressed with Lemon and Saffron sauce, Crisp Potato with Herb Seasoning, Green Vegetable Medley and Micro Herbs and Carrot Angel Hair
- Vegetarian - Spinach and Feta Cigars, Lemon Cream and Roast Sweet Potato Wedges with Humus and Ratatouille vegetables
Dessert
- Salted Caramel Popcorn Cheesecake, Granadilla Sand, Raspberry Coulis and a Vanilla Brule quenelle
