This hour long experience includes your headphone rental and facilitators igniting the fun with a delightful playlist, that many others around the world will be dancing with at exactly the same time as all of us!

This is fun for the whole family, so bring Gran, Gramps and the kids - and we are dancing for GLOBAL JOY.

New to the Secret Sunrise? It's not like anything you have done before....

You will be given headsets on arrival and you will be guided by facilitators to move and play!

We combine elements of movement, play, meditation and dance - all through headphones.

All bodies / ages / genders / fitness levels are welcome.

WHEN: 31st AUGUST

WHERE: Wilderness Commonage (the green field in front of the Wilderness hotel, next to “the girls” and “the commonage” restaurants.)

TIME: 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm (Please arrive around 4:45 pm to receive your headsets & enjoy pre-music good vibes)

THEME: FUN & SPARKLE - FOR OUR WORLD

DRESS CODE: Dress up is always encouraged

BRING: Water & Wear layers - something cosy to wrap up in - if needs be at end... and something fun & comfy to move and groove in!

ENTRANCE (all proceeds going to The UP - our outreach partner - so the can scale joy in South Africa!

R150 per adult and R80 per child on quicket

For the past 5 years this inspired organisation has also been taking the headsets and the Secret Sunrise formula and added joy tools - to bring much needed socio-emotional and mental wellness to youth and children.
