The 031 Comedy Club has paired up with HootersSA to bring you the perfect combination that is Beer, Belly laughs and the other thing that starts with a "B" that you would normally find at Hooters.
As if R39 for a litre of beer wasn't already enough happiness, we thought we would throw some stand up comedy into the fray. We have put together a cracking line up consisting of some of the BEST comedians in the country!
ROBBY COLLINS (JHB) (HEADLINE)
Originally from Durban, Robby has been on the stand up comedy scene for YEARS and boasts a wealth of experience. He has toured with Trevor Noah among other achievements and continues to be a big name in South African stand up comedy. You won't want to miss this guy!
GLEN BO (JHB) (HOST)
Seen as one of the founding fathers of stand up comedy in Durban, Glen Bo has been performing for years on the national (and even international) circuit. His stories and energetic delivery will have you cackling throughout, and his wealth of experience makes him a PERFECT addition to this mamba line up.
WERNER CLOETE (JHB) (SUPPORT)
As a copywriter and comedian, Werner has a cleverly written and smart style of stand up which makes some audience members blurt out with laughter several seconds after the punchline. He likes to take a dive into darker themes but will always politely warn the audience before he does so.
