About the Speaker:
Kath is a Clinical Paediatric Dietitian with 26 years of experience in private practice, specialising in special needs and epilepsy. She has studied internationally and gained extensive experience in Paediatric and special needs Dietetics. Kath supports both children and their families through her practice and regularly speaks at seminars and workshops on infant and childhood nutrition. She is the co-author of the best-selling book Feeding Sense and Weaning Sense, which won a prestigious Gourmand Award. Kath's book Real Food, Happy, Healthy Children and The Low-Carb Solution for Diabetics further reflect her expertise and international influence. She is involved with several international boards and research groups, contributing to best practice guidelines in her field. Kath resides in Cape Town with her family.
