Women's Health & Wellness Morning

DON'T MISS IT! Riverview Prep School is hosting an active and fun-filled morning in celebration of Women's Month.

Ladies, take some well-deserved ‘me-time’ and join us for a morning of health, fitness, and fun-filled shopping.

Choose to join one or more exercise classes while doing some much-loved local shopping (see vendors below).

Ticket price (R200 online or R220 at the gate) includes:

1. Access to all exercise classes (see schedule), talks & vendors 

2  Automatic entry into the Health & Wellness Hamper worth over R1000 (winner to be present to redeem)

3. Gift bag filled with vouchers and amazing goodies worth over R500 (available to the first 150 ladies to arrive)

Other raffle to purchase on the day includes the Kambaku River Lodge one night stay for 2 people valued at R10 500 (first prize) and Image & Styling Consultation valued at R3000 (2nd Prize)

What to Expect?

8.30 - 9.00: Arrival & collection of goodie bags (front gate) *available to the first 150 ladies to arrive*

9.00 - 9.15: Welcome (school hall)

9.30 - 10.30: Secret Sunrise Aerobics Flow (meditative flow combined with aerobics using headphones) by Natascha Cope (school hall)

10.45 - 11.00: Talk by Dr Singh on anti-wrinkling treatment (school hall)

11.15 - 11.45: Beginners Pilates by Mariet Loock (school hall)

11.45 - 12.15: Intermediate Pilates by Mariet Loock (school hall)

12.30 - 12.45: Styling Demo by Lizelle Greaves (school hall)

13.00- 13.45: Rebound (trampoline workout) by Mariet Loock (school hall)

13.45- 14:00: Raffle Draw (school hall)

Day-care facility available at the Riverview Preschool from 9am - 2pm at R50 per child (> 2 years old). Payable in cash on the day. Bookings essential - please contact Lizelle direct: 082 448 3931.
