The Cornwall Hill College Music Academy (CHCMA), in collaboration with The Johannesburg Youth Orchestra (JYO) are producing a show entitled “Heard it at the Movies, Too” following the resounding success of last year’s show which was a sold-out performance. The show is back by popular demand. Under the baton of Eddie Clayton.
The two aforementioned orchestras are joining forces once again to form a 120-piece symphony orchestra that will be playing live movie music while the audience sits back and watches beautiful footage from the respective movies (much like the recent global phenomenon shows, “Disney 100” and The Lion King live in concert). This promises to be yet another amazing production. The show is taking place on Saturday 22 June 2024 at Cornwall Hill College at 15:00 and 19:00.
