Introduction to sourdough

This is a basic introduction to sourdough baking class. We will concentrate on the feeding process and keeping your starter healthy as well as mixing up your first loaf. You will get to take your dough home and bake the next day. In class I will show you all the steps to getting a good loaf. There will be a light lunch after where you will get to taste the sourdough bread and ask more questions . A goodie bag will be provided during class. This will include a starter a craft knife and a little leaflet with some information to take home.
