Beyond Labels

Beyond Labels is a documentary film that follows four separate individuals, all of different backgrounds, careers, dreams and lifestyles. Most only being brought together by similarity in sex, as we piece them together to discuss gender, sexuality and the experiencs that have gone on to shape who they are now.

The documentary film speaks to four individuals, all are different from each other in terms of backgrounds, careers, dreams and lifestyles and even their genders, sxuality and the experiences that have gone on to then shape who they are now.

We discuss gender, as well as gender identity, expressions and exploration into male sexuality society that uploads cis gender, heteronomative ideologies as most of our subjects - Magnus (Geneievive Le Coq), Phetelo (Patty) and Hloni are apart of the LGBTQIA+ community. With Loick being the only cis gender heterosexual male. We not only discuss these topics, but also see the same topics through multiple perspectives, multiple experiences and a topic filled with discovery, exploration, self love - as well as a journey filled with struggles and obstacles.
