Hotel Limbo

After a terrible car accident , the Nkosi siblings, Thembisile and Bongani, find themselves in s surreal world (Hotel Limbo). Hosted by the enigmatic Mr Kwoth, Thembi is forced to overcome her naivity and gullible nature. The siblings are tasked to play a deadly game of rock,paper scissors exchanging their win for a memory of their waking life as they confront their past and the consequences of their choices. A lost soul trapped in the hotel helps them navigate and learn the rules of this new world they find themselves in. In the final round Thembi sacrifices her life for Bongani’’s survival, showcasing her growth and courage. The film explores themes of fate, family bonds and the weight of decisions whilst investigating the connection between sleep and death.
