During this 3.5hr immersive painting workshop, we look to gage into the realm of the symbolic and bring back with us some internal wisdom and psychic symbols from your unconscious.
During this workshop enjoy a restorative morning, starting with a nurturing wash & blowave / Indian head massage at our neighbouring salon TheBlowBox Parkmore, followed by a guided, explorative meditation in the garden to help uncover your symbols. Then transfer your inner wisdom onto the cavas before enjoying a lite lunch & sound journey to close off the day.
