Welcome to the start of your Healing Journey

Here are some important notes:

-Please arrive on time or earlier as there will be a Talking Circle beforehand. It is important to wait to be smudged before entering the ceremonial space.

-In the time before ceremony please think of your intention for joining. Why are you coming? Do you want to receive healing for yourself or for someone else? As soon as you start to sense why you are coming, the ceremony begins for you. Use this time for quiet contemplation, reflection and connection to Spirit.

-Please bring along a blanket and pillow to sit on
