Join us for our very first, Limpopo Health & Wellness Expo on June 8th! Experience a day packed with invigorating activities, interactive workshops, as well as engaging talks and demos. Indulge in nourishing food and beverages while exploring a variety of health and wellness products from local businesses. Your ticket grants you access to the scenic 5km Farm Run/Walk, Beginners Bootcamp, Group Yoga by the River, a Guided Forest Meditation and an optional refreshing Cold Plunge. All activities are optional. Those opting for yoga or bootcamp at the river, don't forget your yoga mats, towels and cosy attire as it's bound to be a beautifully crisp morning. Additionally, with each event ticket purchase, you receive one complimentary entry into the raffles happening on the day, alongside access to all talks and demos.
