ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Rebecca is a consultant and leadership coach with a passion for partnering with non-profits, philanthropies, and businesses who wish to make bold change through their organizational culture. American born, she has built and managed multiple international teams and nonprofit boards, as well as serving in a volunteer capacity on many.

She holds a certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership; a Masters in Public Administration; and a certificate in Organizational Change. She has completed Executive Education programmes at Harvard Business School, Columbia University’s Business School and the Kellogg School of Management.
