When was the last time you heard about a speed dating event? Tired of online dating, meetings and chats?Well we have decided to launch a series of fun, social, interactive evenings where you get the chance of meeting new people and who knows a new best friend, a soul mate or the love of your life! To occur every second Wednesday, launching on the 28th of Aug.
This event will provide the perfect platform, in the warm and friendly environment of The Market Bar, in which to meet lots of new people on one night. No awkward pre-approach moments or fear of being “blown off!”! This is also the perfect opportunity to do some strategic business networking, particularly considering how diverse and dynamic Cape Town’s business sector is.
You will be given the opportunity to talk to someone for 5 minutes, all you need to establish a connection. This might not seem like much but in fact it takes our brain 7 seconds to establish a first impression and you would be surprised to see how easy it is to see if there is any chemistry between you and another person.
You may decide whether or not to be contacted by participants after an event by ticking either “Yes”, “Friend”, “No” and “Business”. You also decide how you would like to be contacted.
Ticket includes; wine or beer on arrival, snacks after event, speed date facilitation, result analysis and communication.
Tickets are R200 per person on the night.
Pre – bookings are R160 per person.
Group bookings R140 - only apply when pre-booking.
