During this two-hour workshop, Tom and Jelle will take you on a fascinating journey through the entire distillation process required to make gin. The two gentlemen work in the charming Woodstock Distillery — an inspiring place where your imagination can run free.

After an introduction to the world of the London Dry method and the art of gin-making, it’s time to get hands-on. Under their guidance, you’ll learn to craft three refined cocktails using the homemade gin. Finding the perfect balance between flavors and aromas is a challenge, but with their enthusiasm and expertise, you’re in good hands.
