My Mind Seeps by Lauren Opia

I am so pleased to announce the premiere of my animated short film, My Mind Seeps. This film has been two years in the making, exploring the human psyche in a state of trauma and post trauma, delving into how certain experiences affect the way we perceive spaces, people and ourselves. 

Additional directors screening their films include award winning directors: Zee Ntuli director of Reyka and Hard to Get, Raman Djafari who has created work for Elton John, Ashnikko and Dua Lipa, as well as brilliant South African directors Hallie Haller, Koketso Matabane, Making Change SA and Lara Reid.  

The premiere will take place on Friday 22 March at The Bioscope Independent Cinema, in 44 Stanley, 18:30 with the screening starting at 19:00, followed by a directors Q&A until 20:00.
